UPSL Premier Division Quarterfinal Weekend

Whichever team wins this weekend advances to the Semifinals, which will be held on Sunday, August 6th at the Dignity Health Sports Park – Track Stadium of the Los Angeles Galaxy.

Cal FC VS EAST VALLEY UNITED PRO: This game will be decided by who can play stronger defence; both teams have deadly offences and scoring potential. The issue is that defences on both sides will struggle to keep up with momentum. This game will be plenty of goals; in the Round of 16, Cal FC defeated Davis Legacy 4-1; on the other hand, East Valley United Pro Struggled in their game, winning 3-2. against Escondido Mayas.

Capital City SC VS Boise Cutthroats: If Boise wants to beat Capital City, they’ll have to play their cards correctly. Capital is solid all around, but Boise’s defence, like many other teams, is vulnerable, so that’s something Boise will have to watch out for.

Minneapolis City SC 2 VS NY Contour United: Now Look for two evenly matched opponents in this match. Both teams have comparable regular-season records and play in relatively similar styles. If a player commits a mistake throughout the game, each side will have to be flawless. The coach must place the right player in the right scenario at the right time.

Kalonji Pro-Profile VS Florida Tropics: This is the most anticipated game of the season, as two of the league’s finest teams square off. Kalonji has the upper hand, ranking first in everything, second in goals, and seventh in defence, thus Florida will not have an easy fight. Florida has a tremendous offence, but their defence is lacking; if they make a critical play, it may cost them two goals.
